Date Night Package

Second Empire

You'll know this experience is going to be special when your innkeepers greet you with a surprise just for our Date Night guests. Then, begin your evening with a choice of romantic carriage rides:

  • Option 1: J&L Carriage will take you from the inn to the fabulous Second Empire restaurant for dinner (take taxi back to the inn)
  • Option 2: Provide your own transportation to Second Empire and have the carriage meet you there for a one-hour, pre-dinner ride through downtown Raleigh.


Date Night package: Saturday $205 and Tuesday - Friday $325. The Date Night Package includes $75 for dinner. Any charges above and beyond the $75 will be your responsibility. The Date Night Package is NOT offered on Sundays or Mondays because the Second Empire restaurant is closed.

Note: Carriage rides are discounted on Satudays because the carriage operator is already downtown giving tours to the public.

Relaxing Massage Package

Licensed massage therapist Pat Donohue offers an eclectic mix of tailored massages for Cameron Park Inn guests. Sessions can be customized by time and type of massage. Pat is currently offering two massages for the price of one-and-a-half.

Pat's training includes deep tissue, Swedish, trigger point, sports and pregnancy massage. Pat is also a registered Craniosacral therapist and an approved continuing education teacher and mentor to bodywork therapists. Eighteen years in her own private practice have brought her tremendous insight and skill.

We know that you will enjoy this wonderful, relaxing experience.

 
Session prices and examples:
  1 hour massage: $120  
  1.5 hour massage: $160  
  2 hours massage: $168 *

Please include the number of people and the session lengths. Once the appointment is set up, you will receive an updated confirmation showing the charges for the massage(s).

Capitol City Self-Guided Electric Bike Tour Package

Bring out your inner child! Hop on a quiet, easy-to-ride electric bike and see the sights at your own pace.
Bike rentals are provided by Electric Scooter City and include a helmet, lock, charger and convenient basket to carry your water bottle and tour guide info.

Capital City Trail Self-Guided Tour Information:
The Capital City Trail is a tour of Raleigh's history. It begins with the State Capital building and ends at the Mordecai house . The tour gives you a background of this great city. In 1792 a thousand acres of land belonging to Joel Lane was chosen as the site of the new capital of North Carolina. In that same year the General Assembly met and decreed the city's name "Raleigh". It was named after Sir Walter Raleigh's earlier settlement "City of Raleigh" on Roanoke Island.

We know that you will enjoy this informative tour of Raleigh's history and especially the beautiful architecture!


Picnic in the Parks

Imagine yourself, nestled on a soft quilt spread underneath a shade tree in one of Raleigh's great parks. Our picnic for two is just $75.00.

Choose from the menu options below...
Wine and cheese picnic:
  A complimentary bottle of wine, fresh fruit, loaf of crusty bread and brie, homemade cookies or brownies.
Deli sandwich picnic:
  Delicious deli sandwiches, soft drinks or water, fresh fruit, potato salad and chips, homemade cookies or brownies.
Antipasta platter:
  Cured meats such as rolled up salami, large pepperonis, prosciutto and olives, complimentary wine, a variety of cheeses and a loaf of crusty bread.

Consider combining the picnic package with the Electric Bike Tour package for a relaxing afternoon of sightseeing.

We are sorry to say that our residential zoning status prevents us from offering events such as weddings, receptions, holiday parties, large meetings or other gatherings. We would love for your guests to be our guests, so please consider us for any friends or relatives that may come to visit you for these special events!
