Sessions can be customized by time and type of massage. Pat is currently
offering two massages for the price of one-and-a-half.
Pat's training includes deep tissue,
Swedish, trigger point, sports and pregnancy massage. Pat is also a
registered Craniosacral therapist and an approved
continuing education teacher and mentor to bodywork therapists.
Eighteen years in her own private practice have brought her tremendous
insight and skill.

Trail Self-Guided Tour Information
The Capital City Trail is a tour of
Raleigh's history. It begins with the State Capital building and
ends at the Mordecai house . The tour gives you a background of this
great city. In 1792 a thousand acres of land belonging to Joel Lane
was chosen as the site f the new capital of North Carolina. In that
same year the General Assembly met and decreed the city's name
"Raleigh". It was named after Sir Walter Raleigh's earlier
settlement "City of Raleigh" on Roanoke Island.
We hope that you will enjoy this
informative tour of Raleigh's history and especially the beautiful
architecture.
